Our cancellation policy is as follows: • Up to 14 days before departure: Full refund • 7 to 13 days before departure: 50% refund • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Travel Tips
To confirm a reservation, a 40% deposit is required via Wire Transfer or online payment to Danmar Tours & Travel Ltd’s official company account. The remaining balance can be paid via Cash or Credit Card on the day the safari starts or upon airport pickup. Please note that all transaction fees are incurred by the client.
We do not accept cash payments in advance, and payments must not be sent to personal accounts.
Yes, there are transaction charges for certain payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express): Up to 6% transaction fee.
PayPal: 7% transaction fee.
Direct Bank Transfer: 3% transaction fee.
Additionally, in the case of cancellation, a refund will be processed according to our cancellation policy, and a $50 bank charge will be deducted from the refund. A 30% administrative fee also applies.
Reservations are non-transferable. If you cannot attend the safari, you will need to cancel your booking following our cancellation policy. Cancellation fees will apply based on the time frame before the scheduled safari.
